Police parade fake NSCDC officials in Abia
POLICE operatives in Abia State have paraded four suspected fake members of the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps along the Ugwunagbo axis of the Enugu/Port Harcourt expressway.
Two suspects shot dead while robbing residents
Two suspected bank robbers have been shot dead by policemen in the FESTAC Town area of Lagos State.
PUNCH Metro learnt that the robbers were about dispossessing some female residents, who had stepped out of a bank at the Apple Junction, when the police from the FESTAC division were alerted.

Police sergeant arrested for shooting motorist dead
The police in Lagos State have detained a sergeant, identified only as Isaac, who allegedly shot dead a motorist, Fatai Ajani, in the Orile-Iganmu area of the state.
PUNCH Metro learnt that Isaac, who is attached to the Special Protection Unit, was arrested around 7pm on Sunday when the incident happened.
