After eight weeks of struggles in the MTN Project
Fame Season 8 tussle, the eighteen year old Jeffrey Akoh surprisingly has
emerged the winner of the 2015 MTN Project Fame (Season 8). He is the youngest
winner in the eight year history of the competition.
Jeff walks away with a grand prize of N5m, a brand
new SUV and a recording deal worth millions of Naira. This event unfolded
itself at a gala ceremony on Saturday night, but viewers had to wait till
Sunday evening to watch it on National TV.
The young
talent beat other finalists to emerge the winner of the 8th Season of MTN
Project Fame.
Pearl followed as the first-runner up while
Anderson got the second spot and third runner up goes to Ada, respectively.
Sensational, Arewa was nowhere near the top four.
The crowd's favourite, (Ibinu) Deinde with all his crazy moves to the fans and
audience was nowhere in the top four.
Pearl Olanma Awa-Agwu secured a 2nd place finish,
she received a car and N3 million. Anderson Emmanuel Amos finished in 3rd
place, he gets a car and N1 million. In 4th place was Adanoritsewo “Ada” Gold
Tosanwumi and she receives N1 million.
