Draw closer to God, Mouka tells Nigerians

The General Overseer of the Lord’s Chosen Charismatic Revival Ministries, Pastor Lazarus Muoka, has urged Nigerians to move closer to God in 2016.

He added that prayer and God’s intervention would bring solution to the current challenges facing the country.

Speaking, yesterday, at the opening of a three-day crusade titled, ‘What God has determined shall be done’, holding at the Chosen International Secondary School, Mgbidi, Imo State, Mouka said the challenges facing the country would be a thing of the past when Nigerians turn to God and become more prayerful.

The cleric expressed the hope that Nigeria would bounce back to become one of the most successful countries in the world if only Nigerians will draw closer to God.

Mouka said God has blessed Nigeria with many resources, hence the Federal Government should stop depending on oil and invest more on agriculture and other available sectors.

Saturday’s crusade, which commenced at 8am, witnessed a large number of worshippers, numbering over a million who defied the early morning cold weather to attend.
