Residents of Gekano, Magombo, were left in a rude shock after a man was found red handed in the act with a house help.
Douglas Ombati was caught by his wife, Veronica, who had reportedly laid trap on him.
According to the man's wife, she has been suspecting that her husband was sleeping with the nanny.
"Since he hired the house-help, his behaviors changed. He can go out with the house help during weekends and abandons us at home. I suspected that they must be having an illicit affair," she said.
Veronica, who works at a local clinic said her husband, a matatu driver refused to go to work on Tuesday after he pretended to be sick.
"He pretended to be sick so that he can stay at home and have sec with our nanny.
I decided to lay a trap on them. I returned home early than usual.
"I arrived home at 5 pm, the house was quiet. I heard funny sounds emanating from the nanny' bedroom. I was shocked to find my husband naked doing sex with the nanny while our 2-years-old son was abandoned at the sitting room," she said.
She raised alarm and attracted the man's mother who came and found the two naked in bed.
Ombati's, Mary Nyaboke, condemned his son for bringing shame to the family and disrespecting his wife.
Area Nyumba Kumi official Fred Nyamote said the man is hyena when it comes to ladies.
Nyamote said the man will blame himself for breaking up his marriage because his wife threatened to divorce him.
