Early this morning as workers and passers-by were moving along Governor's Road, Alausa Secretariat, close to Fire Service Dept., an insane man was seen disrupting the free flow of traffic.
According to the insane man as he ranted, he said he is normal, and was only doing so to attract the attention of the Governor in his case. He kept on shouting that the men of the Kick Against Indiscipline had seized his belonging.
But from a passer-by who wish to remain anonymous, he said that the man is insane and need to be taken away from the road before he gets knocked down by a vehicle.
