Rector warns undergraduates against indecent dressing, cultism


The Rector, Delta State Polytechnic, Otefe-Oghara, Dr. E.C. Sogbaike, has warned the students of the institution against indecent dressing, cultism and examination malpractices, stressing that any student found wanting risked expulsion or rustication for a period of not less than one year.
