Ogun bricklayer accused of robbery, tortured to death


A bricklayer, Adeleke Oyadara, has been tortured to death in Kujore, Iwelepe, in the Sagamu area of Ogun State, after he was accused of robbery.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Ibadan Zonal Office, on Thursday said it recovered over N57m from suspected fraudsters in the South-West between February and September 2016.

48-year-old hands over family to son, commits suicide


A 48-year-old man, Segla Hunvu, has committed suicide in the Mowo, Badagry area of Lagos State.

Our correspondent learnt that Hunvu, who stayed on Jogbenu Street, Torikovi Town, Mowo, was found dangling with a rope around his neck on Thursday.
