Coffee may lower risks of chronic diseases
A daily consumption of coffee may lower the risk of diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, Parkinson and some forms of cancer, a nutritionist, Nike Oshinowo, has said.
Oshinowo, who works with the Gbadaga General Hospital, Lagos, made this assertion on Friday in Ibadan.
22 dead as bus plunges into river
A packed passenger bus plunged into a river early Friday in central Nepal, killing 22 people, a senior local official said.
