Report made by the victim identified as Tochi from Isiala – Ngwa South LGA, led to the arrest of Ihechinmere Levi ‘m’, Jude Onyeocha ‘m’, Otumdi Onyeocha ‘m’, Chiemezuo John ‘m’ and Emmanuel Ekpo ‘m’ all of Umuala Village.
