Operatives foil bank robbery, arrest three


 OPERATIVES of the Rivers State Police Command on Thursday foiled what could have been a major bank robbery in the state and arrested three suspects.

In pursuit of a crime free society in the Federal Capital Territory, the Police have recovered four stolen vehicles from car snatchers; three locally made pistols with live cartridges and other ammunition from suspected hoodlums and intercepted 21 bags of dried leaves suspected to be Indian hemps from traffickers.
