Tragedy occurred on Wednesday when a lifeless body of a three year old boy was found in an underground reservoir for water, popularly referred to as well, at house number five Evbiogbon Street, Off Musheshe, Upper Sokponba Benin City
Wellington Akodeja reports that the tragic incident threw the entire residents of the area in a state of confusion.
