A 29-year-old man was on Thursday arraigned before a Nakuru court for having an unnatural act with a cow at Murunyu area in Bahati, Nakuru County.
“I hereby direct the accused be presented before the probation department so as to make a report on the type of sentence to be preferred against the accused. The matter will be mentioned on July 26, 2018,” Kalo said.
The prosecution side told the court that on the fateful day, the accused sneaked into the compound of the complainant when he was away at the farm harvesting beans and went straight to the cow's yard undetected.
He is then reported to have engaged in the unnatural act before he was ambushed in the act.
The suspect confessed to have had 'slept' with five more cows.
Mwaura was arrested and taken to Bahati Police Station.
