A 27-year-old man, Micheal Agboola, was arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrate’s Court, Lagos for allegedly raping his colleague (names withheld) within the company premises on Allen Avenue, Ikeja.
It was gathered that the case was reported at the Isokoko Police Station on December 9, 2015 where Micheal, a Geographic Information System, GIS expert at the company, was detained and charged to court by the police, after obtaining a test result indicating the victim was allegedly raped.

The magistrate, Mr. Samuel Olori adjourned the case to January 15, 2016 for commencement of the trial.
The magistrate also granted the accused bail in the sum of N100,000.
