A 32-year-old man, Lekan Okebule, has been arraigned before an Ikeja Magistrate’s Court, Lagos State, for allegedly forcing his co-tenant’s daughter, Iyabo (pseudonym), to lick his private parts.
It was gathered that Okebule called Iyabo to his room under the pretext of sending her on an errand.
Okebule, who was watching a porn movie on his phone, asked Iyabo to sit and join him.
He reportedly instructed her to undress and brought out his private parts for her to lick.
The next day, he reportedly started touching Iyabo’s private parts, which made the victim to inform her sister who alerted their mother.
The matter was reported at a police station and Okebule was arrested. He was arraigned on two counts of rape.
The charge read in part, “That you, Lekan Okebule, sometime in May, 2016, at about 10am on Fashola Street, Papa Ashafa, Agege, in the Lagos Magisterial District, did put your private parts in a minor’s mouth.”
The accused pleaded not guilty to the charge and was admitted to bail by Chief Magistrate T.A. Elias in the sum of N250,000 with two sureties in like sum.
